You’ll embark on a heart-pounding journey from Diani’s pristine beaches to the rugged wilderness of Tsavo East. You’ll witness towering elephants in Amboseli against the backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro, then delve into the Masai Mara’s untamed savannah, where lions roam freely. A thrilling odyssey through Kenya’s diverse landscapes awaits!
Day 1: Diani to Tsavo East National Park
You will be picked up from Diani Hotel or the airport in the morning by our driver and drive to Tsavo East National Park. The park forms the largest protected area in Kenya and is home to most of the larger mammals, vast herds of dust-red elephants, rhinos, buffalos, lions, leopards, pods of hippos, crocodiles, waterbucks, lesser Kudu, gerenuk, and the prolific bird life features 500 recorded species and the famous man-eating lions. You’ll arrive with the game drive en route to your lodge. You’ll check in and have lunch. Later afternoon, you’ll have another game drive at the park. Afterward, you’ll head back to the lodge for dinner, relaxation, and an overnight stay.

Day 2: Amboseli National Park
You’ll start the day with an early morning breakfast. Afterward, you’ll check out with a game drive en route. You’ll leave Tsavo East for Amboseli National Park. You’ll have a drive of 5 hours to Amboseli National Park which lies on the floor of Mount Kilimanjaro. You will arrive with a short game drive proceeding to your lodge for check-in and have lunch then a short rest. Later, you’ll head out to enjoy an afternoon game drive to one of the best places in Africa to view large herds of elephants up close, cheetahs, buffalos, elephants, giraffes, zebras, lions, mongoose, hyrax, dik-diks, lesser Kudu, and nocturnal porcupines. You’ll look out for prolific birdlife features of 600 species within the park. Afterward, you’ll drive back to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 3: Amboseli to Lake Naivasha
You’ll wake up early in the morning and have breakfast. After breakfast, you’ll enjoy a game drive en route. You’ll leave Amboseli for Lake Naivasha. There will be a stop to view the great Rift Valley scenery as you proceed to Naivasha, you will arrive in time for lunch. You’ll check in at the lodge and have lunch. Later in the afternoon, you’ll have a game drive with a visit to Hells Gate National Park which allows a walking safari, hiking, bicycle ride, rock climbing, and photography of wildlife. You’ll also visit Crescent Island through a boat ride along Lake Naivasha. It’s one of the few places in the Rift Valley where you can walk among giraffes, zebras, waterbucks, impalas, and countless bird species. Later, you’ll have dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 4: Transfer to Masai Mara National Reserve
You’ll have an early morning breakfast. After breakfast, you will leave Lake Naivasha for Masai Mara. You will drive for 4 hours to Masai Mara, arriving in time for lunch. You will check in and have lunch with a short rest. In the afternoon, you will have a game drive through the park in search of the lion, cheetah, elephant, and buffalo. Later, you will head back for dinner and an overnight stay at the lodge.

Day 5: Discover Masai Mara National Reserve
You’ll start the day with an early morning game drive then return to your camp for breakfast. After breakfast, you’ll spend the full day in the park with a packed lunch looking for the famous Big Five: lion, leopard, elephant, rhino, and buffalo. Lions are common here and have grown accustomed to their two-legged visitors, which makes them easier to spot. The Mara Plains are teeming with wildebeests, zebras, giraffes, impalas, and Thomson’s gazelles. Also, cheetahs, hyenas, and jackals are seen regularly in the reserve. In the Mara River, large amounts of hippos and crocodiles are enjoying their lives— the crocodiles are especially happy in early July to the end of September when thousands of wildebeests migrate across the river causing a feast for the crocodiles. Birdlife in Masai Mara are abundant and diverse. Species such as eagles, ostriches, storks, and vultures are among the more than 50 different birds of prey. Then, you’ll head back to the lodge for dinner and relaxation.

Day 6: Safari Back to Nairobi
You’ll have an early morning breakfast at your lodge. After breakfast, you’ll check out of the lodge and drive to Nairobi. A drive of 5 hours to Nairobi. You will arrive time in time for lunch. You’ll have lunch at Carnivore. Afterward, you’ll be dropped off at your respective hotel or airport at around 3 pm. (Optional to our clients with evening flights) — if you have an evening flight you can do more game drives with a packed lunch till around lunch time. Afterward, you’ll drive to Nairobi. You will arrive in Nairobi at around 5 to 6 pm and be dropped off at the airport or back to your hotel.
